Terms of Service

By accessing or using ConnectHub's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

ConnectHub provides an embeddable WebRTC-based video and audio communication platform ("Service") that enables real-time customer support through web-based video calls, audio calls, and SIP integration.

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content; (c) interfere with the Service's infrastructure; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) exceed your plan's usage limits without upgrading.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process data only as necessary to provide the Service.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
