Privacy Policy

Account Data: Name, email, company name, and website when you register. Usage Data: Call duration, frequency, agent activity, and feature usage. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and connection quality metrics. Communication Data: We do not store or record call audio/video content unless explicitly enabled by the client.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process payments and billing; send service-related communications; analyze usage patterns to improve the Service; enforce our Terms of Service; and comply with legal obligations.

All data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. WebRTC calls use end-to-end DTLS-SRTP encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures including JWT authentication, API key validation, domain restrictions, and IP allowlisting.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: service providers who assist in operating the platform; law enforcement when required by law; business partners in the event of a merger or acquisition. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The embedded widget uses minimal cookies required for call functionality.

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; withdraw consent for data processing; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Usage analytics are retained for 12 months. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
